A large and beautifully decorated unused Stratton powder compact. Powder blue enamel with incised gilt petal shapes adorn the lid. The original presentation box, felt pouch, instruction leaflet, inspection docket, puff and sifter are present. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The mirror gives a good accurate reflection. The base is signed STRATTON MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 1/4 inches diameter. Weighs 109.8 grams. Excellent condition.

This compact is suitable for use as a handbag mirror, for use with all loose foundation and also with pressed foundation pans measuring 59-67 mm diameter.
