An absolutely stunning fully hallmarked locket necklace which conveys the most romantic message. The locket was crafted by Henry Matthews and assayed (tested for purity) at Birmingham Assay Office in 1910. Ivy leaves grace both sides. One side is also ornamented with a shield cartouche. The other side is engraved with an elegant heart shape.

The shield represents the desire of the donor to protect the recipient. Ivy leaves symbolise fidelity, deep friendship and loyalty. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. The interior locket is lined with black moire. This piece is suspended from a gorgeous twisted rope necklace which is also fully hallmarked.
