A stylish unused 1960s Stratton powder compact which was lacquered by the makers and so it will not tarnish or need to be cleaned. This Stratton Cachette compact mirror is decorated with vibrant crimson dianthus. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The catch and hinge work perfectly. The compact is in super condition.

The original pouch, puff, inspection docket and instruction leaflet are present. The base is signed Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 70 grams.

This compact is suitable for use as a handbag mirror and also with pressed foundation pans measuring 67mm diameter.
