A delightful Karess Woodworth compact mirror which dates to 1928. This splendid vanity is in good condition. The lid is embellished bluebells framed by highly stylized and sinuous foliage. The interior case is signed KARESS WOODWORTH NEW YORK PARIS PAT. NO. 1697180.

The mirror gives a clear reflection. However, this reflection is distorted and so this accessory is ideal as a cherished display collectible rather than for use as a makeup mirror.

The original powder plate is fitted into the base. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. Measures 5.1 x 4.4 cm. Weighs 33.7 grams.
