This is a stunning inverted breakfront Victorian Mahogany bookcase, its low long in width rather than height preventing it from being over powering. It dates from the late Victorian period approx. C1890 and is in superb condition throughout. It consists of 6 adjustable centre shelves flanked by two cupboards with 2 adjustable shelves within the cupboards. The centre shelving has its original leather dust protector fringing and pencil beading on the shelf partitioning strip and paneled door to the cupboards. It does have its original locks but no key. This bookcase has it all going for it and would suit many interiors and uses, Victoriana at its best solid and practical.

Condition
The bookcase is in superb condition with only having the very minutest of bumps or bruises as anyone would expect nothing that warrants photographing or bringing to your attention.
