Description

Wonderful burr yew cushion sarcophagus shaped Regency Tea Caddy veneered in yew and highlighted with boxwood stringing to the corners. The box is raised on bun feet and has yew ring handles. Internally the box has is lined in green crushed velvet and tufted to the top and contains two tea canisters with lids. The box has a working key and lock.
The box is in very good condition and unusually contains its original glass mixing bowl.

This is a rare and fantastic example.though not original.
