Description

This Troika slab vase carries the early printed backstamp that was used whilst Troika were based in St. Ives. In these early days, decorators did not sign their pieces.
This backstamp dates the piece to between 1963 and 1970.

The vase measures approximately 7 cm (2.75") wide by 4.5 cm (1.75") deep by 11.5 cm (4.5") tall.

The vase is in very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.
There are surface pin-holes and bubbles in the glaze as is usual for this type of finish.
