Description

The Nun candle snuffer was first produced in the 19th century by Royal Worcester. Back then it was for everyday use rather than as a collectors item, albeit decorative. Over the decades there have been subtle alterations to the modelling and the colour schemes of this figure.
She is made of fine bone china.

This snuffer carries the Royal Worcester backstamp for 1954.
The snuffer stands 9 cm (3.5") tall approximately.

The snuffer is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.
It does not have a box.
