Description

The Monk candle snuffer was first produced in the 19th century by Royal Worcester. Back then it was for everyday use rather than as a collectors item, albeit decorative. Over the decades there have been subtle alterations to the modelling and the colour schemes of this figure.
He is made of fine bone china.

This snuffer was produced in c1950.
He stands 12 cm (4.75") tall approximately.

The snuffer is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.
It does not have a box.
