This netsuke has been carved from bone.
We have not been able to identify who the figure represents.

This fine carving has polychrome detailing.

The netsuke is in very good condition. No chips or cracks have been noted.
It is signed on the base.
We believe the piece dates to the first half of the 20th century.

The netsuke is approximately 5 cm (2") tall.
