US Navy Occupation Service Medal.This military award was created to commemorate the services of Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard personnel who had performed service in either European or Asian occupation areas during World War II . It was also awarded for service in West Berlin between 1945 and 1990.
The medal is not engraved to any named recipient.
The medal is full size and measures approximately 3 cm (1.25") in diameter.
