Mid 20th Century 18ct Gold and Diamond Engagement Solitaire Ring with beautiful natural leaf motifs to the sides and a sparkly diamond in an illusion setting. The ring is hallmarked 18ct and has a good weight of 3.8g. The ring probably dates from between 1935-1955. With a bright sparkling diamond at its heart makes this a rare and beautiful vintage find.
