Beautiful Large Heavy Vintage/Antique 9ct Gold Opal Stud Earrings. These are a very qood quality pair of opal earrings. The natural opals are a very big size of 12mm x 12mm and speckled with mainly yellow, green, blue and orange colour. The total diameter of the earrings is 2cm x 2cm and the gold work is a very pretty circle of flowers and leaves. NO hallmarks but fully tested for 9ct gold, probably higher. The pictures don't do justice to the opals. Probably date to the mid 20th Century. Heavy weight is 6.8g.
