Description

Stunning Antique 18ct Gold Ruby Diamond Ring. Exquisite antique ring is set with a large deep red/magenta coloured Ruby measuring 9mmx 7mm of superb colour. Surrounding the ruby are 14 old round of cut diamonds of 3 points each 2mm diameter. The diamonds are set into white gold and shaped into a wonderful classic design with beautiful details to the gold at the sides and shoulders. The ring face of the ring measures 13mm x 11mm. Well made ring in very good condition, with a good strong shank stamped with an old 18ct stamp. No chips or nibbles to stones so the ring is in overall excellent condition. Inclusion to the ruby which can be seen under magnification and is a very good sign to its natural beauty. I would deem the ring to be made in the Edwardian era or early part of 20th century. This ring has a delicate prettiness and the ruby colour is really stunning. This ring is size UK N and US 6 Weight 6.3g
