Description

These are a very good pair of salon or bedroom chairs. The chairs date to the 1930s - 1950s and I would guess that they are Italian or possibly French. They are very showy chairs with rococo style carving to the backs and apron and standing on shaped cabriole legs. There is a lot of shape and style to the chairs. They are deep buttoned and covered in a gold velvet material.

The chairs are in very good condition. The velvet is in good condition. There is no damage to the frame. The joints are solid.

If you are furnishing a bedroom and want opulence then these chairs have it. They will equally look good in a principal room that needs colour and style. Good things.

Each chair back is 36 inches high. The seats are 16 inches high and the chairs are each 23 inches wide.
