This is beautiful. The dressing table dates to the 1950s. It is made in walnut with burr walnut drawer fronts. Have you seen such quality. Look at the applied gadroon edges. I love the interlocking circle form top. Look at the rococo swags, the gilt handles, the elegantly turned legs. The triple mirror too is a step above anything else you will see. It has an urn crest. The detail to the claw feet is incredible. Even the dressing table stool is a beauty in its own right. I have never seen a British dressing table in the Louis style as well designed or well made as this.


The dressing table is in good condition. The wood glows. There are few marks from usage and the mirror glass is clean. There are a few minor losses to the swag decoration.


If you have a period bedroom and want to add some fifties elegance then this is as good as you will find.


The dressing table is 60 inches wide and 31 inches high and 21 inches deep and the mirrors are 32 inches higher still.
