Description

This is a good period breakfast or dining table. It is made in mahogany and dates to around 1830 or so to the reign of William IV. The table is very elegant. It stands on a triform base with a turned and carved central column. The table top is circular with a deep apron in flame mahogany. The table tips up and locks in to the down position solidly.

This is a large table and will comfortably seat four / six people. The great thing about flip up tables is that they make most use of your space and can also be flipped up and stored pushed against a wall out of the way. These style of tables are very good for elegant intimate entertaining.

The table is in good condition. Some minor rings on surface - see photo. The table is such a wonderful antique colour that I haven't attempted to take the rings out as you would lose the mellow gold red of the antique mahogany.

The table splits for moving. (Top comes off.)

The table is 49.5 inches in diameter and is 29 inches high.

If you require a courier to deliver, do not despair as it is a lot easier to arrange than you would imagine and probably a lot cheaper as well. Most couriers cover most parts of the country on a three week cycle. Once you have booked with them they will get in touch with me directly for collection so you only need concern yourself with the delivery date to you.

You pay the couriers for their service on delivery.
