Description

This is a very elegant unusually dressing table stool. The stool is made in walnut and dates to the 1930s - 1950s. It would have been designed for an Art Deco/ Queen Anne walnut bedroom suite. It is very unusual and with a lot of quality.

The design is staggering. I love the waisted seat and the angle of the legs, the deep apron and the x frame stretchers. There is so much design and quality to this stool. You can guess that this was a top end piece in its day. The stool is beautifully upholstered. The colour is good. The walnut is well polished. The joints are solid.

This is a particularly handsome stool. It is large and comfortable and will look good in a bedroom furnished in vintage.

The stool is 20 inches high and it is 23 inches wide and 14 inches deep.
