19th C Pollard Oak Mirror

Description
A beautiful 19th century Pollard Oak wall mirror with a giltwood slip. Retaining the original mirror plate. Super colour and original finish throughout. English, Circa 1820.There are remnants of a paper label to the backboard for Freeman, Jeremiah & William & C. Norwich, Norfolk carvers and gilders, cabinet makers (fl.1792–1851). Their work was seen at the Great Exhibition 1851 and provided frames for both Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, Norfolk.
