Description

A fine, impressive, French 1st Empire ( Napoleonic) Brass and Gilt brass table Centre piece, exquisitely cast ( see detailed close up photos) dating from c 1800. The Copper bowl supported on three Satyr Caryatids with central fluted column on a triform black marble base. Excellent condition with minor chip to marble base and various minor marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
