Genuine pair of 17th Century stone finials. Spherical, but weathered for over 350 years and of great character. Whilst normally associated with gate posts, we believe that these would have more likely been at the gable end of a roof or porch(Google a picture of a Jacobean house with finials). Hard to find Victorian ones, original 17th like these is extremely rare. Almost like a work of art, you could place these anywhere and these look fantastic. One pair.
