A 19th century sailors ,scrimshaw cut throat razor depicting a whale and nautical compass.The bone handle having a Sheffield steel blade made by J.Nowill & Sons.
The razor is in good condition for its age with some light surface rust patches.
Measurements when opened 24cm long
