1800s 230cm anyoqie swedish mora clock Folk art

230cm rare early 1800s antique Swedish mora clock with carved detail in a folk art finish and detailed face with the makers name C Palmlöf of Sala marked on it and hand painted detailing.
Measures: 230cm.
The clock body is distressed as befits its age and has the usual wood movement found in clocks of this age.
The clock is sold 'as is' : as a decorative piece only with the original mechanism and pendulum but not guaranteed to be in working order - If you want it working we can fit a professional hi torque battery mechanism for time keeping ( +£250) or you can have a great sounding chiming mech which replays the recorded chime through a small speaker with a volume control and 8 hour night off switch (+£350) or you can choose to have you local clockman clean / repair and set up the original clockwork mechanism at your location to get it going
The battery mech change if you choose that option takes approximate 2-3 weeks.
