Something a little different than your run of the mill vintage desk, we have a good looking single drawer oak desk C1930 from Yorkshire which would have been used in an office in a map or plan capacity. We had a very similar one last year which was made by Crusader of London and we would guess this one is from the same maker.

We have that long single central drawer with the original brass cupped handles in place and a deep edged top giving plenty of space. It survives in good order – we have carefully repolished the piece which shows a nice grain to the top and ensured its ready for use. Expect day to day marks but nothing nasty or off putting.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
