This is an original watercolour of a panoramic view depicting various shipping sail and steam vessels on the ocean. The painting dates from around 1870 and is framed in a solid pine frame that compliments the work. The watercolour is on board and that has some signs of age and a few minor creases. This retains good strength of colour and is a well painted image of some charm. The frame measures 75 cm by 30 cm overall.
