19th Century Black Forest Carved Alpine Front Door Bell

This is a delightful and very unusual item, the brass bell is housed in a carved model of an Alpine Roof, it is suspended on a rocking bracket and rung by pulling the rope. The detail in the carving is enchanting, it has quite a loud and pleasant ring
The bell is in all round good condition with a little damage to the very top of the central spire it is 29” tall, 14” wide and 11” deep
