Fabulous decorative front to this mid 19th.c. Welsh dresser base, produced on the Isle of Anglesey here in North Wales c.1830. Oak plank top with plate groove and applied mouldings over three top drawers and two cupboards either side of a central bank of three further drawers. Inlaid mahogany drawer fronts, hexagonal mahogany door panels with raised mouldings and lovely sunburst parquetry corners. Original brass knobs and diamond bone escutcheons. Panel sides, original back and floor boards and bracket feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
