A Solid Burr Elm Coffee Table

This is a magnificent piece, a Solid Burr Elm Coffee Table cut from one piece of the Tree, the figuring of the wood here is caused by the constant removal of the tree’s branches whilst it was still growing, the table both top and 4 legs are made from one piece of wood it is very heavy and sturdy, the table top is made by cutting a slice straight through the tree trunk, there is a knobbly outer edge formed when the tree was pruned

The table has a rustic look and is smooth with a superb patina, even the outer edges are not jagged to the touch

The largest measurements are as follows, length 45”, width 30” and 14” high
