A Special Welsh Oak Cardiganshire Kennel Dresser
A beautiful Cardiganshire Welsh Oak Dog Kennel Cottage Dresser from Tanygroes near Aberporth.
Made from superb slow grown Welsh oak with gorgeous colour and grain, in outstanding condition. This special little dresser of desirable small cottage size having been created from an early potboard to make a beautiful period cupboard kennel dresser. A truly spectacular example in every aspect.
Dressers have become incredibly popular once again, with a fantastic choice of storage and display possibilities they can work in almost any room in the house and have become a hit with shops and cafes too.
This rare small example combines the best of both worlds with practical storage and open display shelves with handy original cup hooks. Many customers continue to paint the backboards to work with their decor and colour scheme just as was tradition in this part of wales.
