A wonderful and rare Elizabethan oak back stool dated 1602.

The turned splindle back rail above back panel carved with twin palmettes and a tulip to centre, dated 1602.

All pegged joined throughout. Original oak seat. All original stretchers.

The oak rockers are pegged to the base of feet, they are possibly original or more likely very early additions.

Measures 34" high x 17" wide x 19" deep All major credit and debit cards accepted.
