This is an antique scholar's desk. An English, mahogany writing or side table, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820. A delightful example of refined design and enduring craftsmanship, with elegant proportions and rich tone.

Crafted from select mahogany stocks, offering fine grain interest and deep caramel hues
Writing surface enclosed to the side and rear with a shallow back rest, creating a defined workspace
