Art Deco Desk in European Plum and Macassar Ebony c1920
A very rare and unusual desk in French style with tapered and reeded legs and of exceptional quality Macassar ebony cross-banding contrasting around European plum veneers, it has seven drawers and two side cupboards all with locks and working keys, the drawers have english hand cut dovetail joints, and solid drawer liners there is also some numbers stamped to the underside, the desk has been fully restored and French polished and is in excellent condition throughout

Origin : France but has maybe made by English cabinetmaker

Condition: Excellent fully restored and French polished, drawers all running smoothly fully working locks
