Arts & Crafts carved table depicting Three Wise monkeys.These carved Arts & Crafts antique tables were imported from Japan by Liberty & Co as part of their Exotic theme of importing from the Orient and Middle East. They were hand carved in Japan and made in sections for packing, then constructed and sold in their Regent Street Store. This one has a much more unusual theme as they are usually flowers. Please see Daryl Bennett's excellent book on Liberty's Furniture.
