A very attractive original still life painting of cherries in a basket in the landscape. The painting is signed with initials that look to be J.J and is dated 1909, though the last number is could be a different digit.

It is a very accomplished painting and would make a lovely decorative piece.

The painting is an oil on canvas and is 50.5cm x 35.5cm and is offered unframed.

Condition
The condition is fair. There are some condition issues with it as can be seen from the photos. There is a puncture middle left with associated paint loss. There are a number of further small areas of paint loss across the painting. The painting would benefit from a clean.
