Fine quality late 19th.c. rosewood writing table or desk c.1880. Top with an unusual raised edge with brass mouldings over two drawers. Rosewood veneers laid in a symmetrical pattern across the top front, sides and rear. Raised on slim crisply turned legs with carved and gilded flutes and additional brass mounts above. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Original locks and key.
