If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the product to me within 14 days of your order date and I will refund you for the product. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note I do not refund your postage.

If the reason for your return is due to breakage/damage in transit, please take photos of the product in its original packaging and email these to me at antiquesjohn1@gmail.com as I will require these to make a compensation claim from the postal service used.
