An Arts & Crafts Cotswold School oak writing table. Designed by Peter Waals and made by final year handicraft students under the direction of Edward Barnsley in the 1930s for Hazlerigg Hall (now part of Loughborough University). Double step panelling to sides and back. Three frieze drawers.
