Early 19th Century Yorkshire Period Oak Armchair %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
Antique Early 19th Century Yorkshire Oak Wainscote Armchair and dating from around 1830. Constructed from solid oak it has a carved frieze and sides to the carved high back with lunette and carved lozenge panel above a carved back panel. Its has a plank seat with lunette carved skirt and with downswept armrests on turned supports. Its stands on turned and block legs joined by a turned stretcher.


A Superb Early 19th Century Oak Armchair and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
