A beautiful Chinese lacquered hardwood cabinet / altar table dating from the early 19th century. This is in very good overall condition for it age with a delightful colour and lovely patina. The hand painted designs to the lacquer have a classic Chinese feel with beautiful colours and images of Camelia, Cherry blossom and Irises with a quiver of arrows and scrolls and imposing large Chinese vases. The cabinet has much charm and good proportions, measuring 84cms high, 102cms wide and 50cms deep.
