An exceptional Edwardian Globe Wernicke bookcase in outstanding antique condition. This beautiful piece is composed of six sections: a cornice, four glazed compartments, and a plinth, all secured with metal side strappings. Each section is fully detachable, making it easy to transport and rearrange within any home or office. The glazed doors, fitted with small metal handles, lift up and slide away smoothly on their original mechanism. While it bears some imperfections typical of antique furniture, this bookcase boasts a sturdy structure, a rich warm hue, and striking wood grain—making it an elegant addition to any home or office setting.
