An elegant antique Edwardian mahogany and inlaid jardinière or plant stand dating from circa 1905. In a Sheraton Revival design, it has a removable brass liner, serpentine shaped sides, boxwood line inlay, and chequer banding, raised on tapering square section splay legs.

Frame in good condition. Beutiful patina and colour to mahogany. Some discolouration to under-shelf. Other wear and marks commensurate with age. Bowl with a well executed old repair.
