Unusual antique Edwardian inlaid rosewood freestanding writing desk having a quality inlaid rosewood rectangular top opening to reveal a fitted interior with a writing slope, gilt tooled leather inset, drawers and a pair of inkwells with a fall front. It is raised on string inlaid elegant square tapering legs with original casters and united by a shaped shelf.
