Rare Brass Inlaid Rosewood & Leather Library Table
This exceptional rosewood library drum table is a rare and unusual piece. Its distinctive rectangular-shaped top, softened by gracefully curved corners, adds a refined touch to any interior.
The top features a newly fitted, high-quality black leather inset, accented with an elegant gold-tooled edge, enhancing both its beauty and durability. The superb rosewood is further elevated by a finely gadrooned edge and delicate boxwood string inlay, emphasizing its intricate detailing and superior construction.
Beneath the top, the table is fitted with four well-crafted frieze drawers, each boasting cockbeaded and brass inlaid fronts, complemented by classic brass swan neck handles. The drawers are fully functional and meticulously constructed.
Adding to its versatility, each end of the table is designed with a drop flap, both secured with their own working keys.
