Fine largest size early Scottish Wemyss ware preserve jar with original lid decorated in plums. This jar has been beautifully painted in great definition and detail. It has both the early impressed mark to the base and the green painted mark plus the T. Goode retailors mark.

A couple of very minor professional edge repairs to the lid otherwise very good condition.
