A good quality 9CT Gold Pocket Watch made in Switzerland.
The 9 carat gold watch case is marked "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold alongside the Glasgow import mark and date letter "O" for 1937/28. It has the serial number 832990. The case is in very good condition but there are some light surface scratches on the rear of the case consistent with normal use.
The high grade 15 jewelled movement is in excellent condition, recently serviced and very good working order. It has a Breguet Hairspring and is adjusted in 3 positions.
The dial is in excellent condition, it has the hours in Arabic numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock.
