A Hamilton gold filled railroad open face pocket watch made in the USA in approx. 1920. To change the hands, pull out lever at the one. See second pictures.

DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions and inner red 13-24-hour numbers. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: “HAMILTON”.

MOVEMENT: The anchor lever escapement movement has 21 jewels and is fully screwed jewels. The very high-quality movement has a gold centre wheel and 5 adjustments. The movement is in good working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is decoratively signed: “Hamilton Watch Co, Lancaster PA, 21 Jewels, Double Roller, 5 Adjusted Positions” and numbered: 1358971.

CASE: The watch lies in a gold-filled open face case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is signed: “Cashier, Gold Filled Extra” and numbered: 1876287.
