Helvetia WWll British Military Army Open Face Pocket Watch Swiss 1942

An original Helvetia military open face pocket watch, made in Switzerland in 1942.

Dial: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions and 3-9-12 luminous numerals. The dial has luminous cathedral hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: “HELVETIA, Swiss Made”.

Movement: The movement has a compensated balance and regulator and is signed: "HELVETIA", "SWISS MADE". Calibre number: 32A. The pocket watch is in good working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.
Case: The pocket watch lies in a steel chrome open face snap back case. The inner side of the case is numbered: 6010. The back of this case is marked with a military upward arrow: "GS/TP P20042"
