A spectacular good quality mahogany display cabinet in the Chinese Chippendale style. The unusual pagoda canopy with well carved detail above a plate glass mirror back and 3 open shelves. To each side are 3 further display areas, 2 with applied astragal glazed doors and all with cream chenille backing. The whole with particularly well carved decoration, pierced galleries and glazed and fretted sides. Standing on lions paw feet and shaped legs with carved acanthus leaf decoration to the knees. The shaped and moulded base frieze with carved "C" scrolls and a central cartouche. In fine original condition, fully cleaned and waxed.
