Large Art Deco Oak Grandfather Longcase Clock Large Art Deco Grandfather %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A lovely large Art Deco carved oak longcase clock. We date this antique clock to the 1930s.

The clock sits on a protruding base section with shapely bracket feet at the front and oblong section feet at the rear.

The front of the clock has a right hand side hinged door with glass panels for the clock face and the lower section to see the weights and pendulum. There are ornate carvings above the glass panels and down both sides of the door. There are two catches at the side to keep the door securely closed.

The clock face is brassed with bold numerals, it shows both the twelve and twenty four hour antique clock.

The clock has a height of 79" (201cm), a base width of 25.5" (65cm) and a base depth of 11.5" (30cm).

This lovely large Art Deco longcase clock remains in good condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage.

This remains a very stylish and elegant longcase clock which will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
