This is a lovely original oil painting on canvas dating from the late Victorian era, circa 1900. The painting is titled Iris to the reverse where it is also signed and depicts a girl, Iris, in a meadow, picking irises. The painting is in super order and delightful colours. The artist has signed it again to the front left corner with their monogram JCF.
The picture is a good size measuring 54cms wide by 64cms overall, including the frame.
